Shipping
All products take 1-2 weeks for us to make. Shipping in the US is 2-5 days, and international is 1-3 weeks. Because each item is handmade we do not guarantee it any sooner than the last date in this estimate. We do not offer any rush services.
Returns/ Exchanges
Cancellations: Accepted 24 hours after order placed. These are handmade items so by 24 hours we have likely started crafting the item. This also includes any changes. The policy below applies.
Returns/Size Exchange: Accepted 0-14 days after order delivered. IF you're not exchanging for a different size there is a 20% restocking fee.
For exchanges there will be a 40% exchange fee (for couples sets the fee is 25% for one ring or 50% for both). This is because the band materials are not resizable so a new ring has to be made from scratch. We only allow one size exchange.
No returns for custom or engraved orders. Exchanges are only for the same ring and band style.
Sizing: If you believe we sent you the wrong size you must return the ring. If It is a mistake on our end we will make a new ring. Otherwise the above policies apply.

Every piece is backed by a full 90-day warranty from the date your order arrives. If anything goes wrong due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What does the warranty cover?
The 90-day warranty covers manufacturing defects. That includes things like a loose or fallen inlay, a structural flaw in the band or pendant, or a finish issue that wasn't caused by normal wear. If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault that traces back to how it was made, we've got you covered.
What isn't covered?
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, drops, improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear over time. Scratches, dents, sizing changes, and lost pieces also fall outside the warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Just reach out to us through the contact form (or email us directly) within the 90-day window. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a couple of clear photos. We'll review it and get back to you with the next steps, whether that's a repair, a replacement, or a return for inspection.
How long do repairs or replacements take?
Once we receive your piece or confirm the issue, most repairs and replacements are completed within a couple of weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout so you always know where things stand.
