It’s important to get an accurate ring size as our rings are made from materials that are not adjustable. Please read this page for ways to get an accurate measurement.
All rings can be engraved. You’ll see a check box marked “Engraving below the sizes option. Make sure that’s checked, then type what you want in the text box below it. We can only engrave numbers, letters, and common special characters (. ? > $ & etc.). No emojis.
If you have a specific font or font style make sure to specify that in that same text box. Any font should be possible. If you have any questions feel free to ask in our contact us section.
Cancellations: Cancellations: Accepted 24 hours after order placed. These are handmade items so by 24 hours l’ve likely started crafting the item. This also includes any changes. The policy below applies.
Returns/Size Exchange: Accepted 0-5 days after order delivered. There will be a 20-40% restocking fee. The fee will depend on the type of ring and whether an exchange is requested. No returns for custom or engraved orders.
“Custom Order” is
defined as any change to the default ring shown and described in the listing. This includes changing the band from the default.
Sizing: If you believe we sent you the wrong size you must return the ring. If It is a mistake on our end we will make a new ring. If the ring is the correct size the above policy applies.
Each ring is handcrafted and made to order. Each ring typically takes 1-2 weeks to make. Shipping will depend on where you live. Our rings are made and shipped form Southern California.
If you need the rings by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering so we can figure out if it’s possible.
About half of my customers request some type of customization. You may be wearing this ring for the rest of your life so I understand the need for it to be personalized. Customization can include different opal colors, dinosaur bones, and band styles. Many of these customizations won’t cost any extra. Please use our contact us page to ask any questions.
